NOTES:

  • If you reset your phone or purchase a new one, you must submit a request for your MFA to be reset. 

  •  If there is not a QR code available, go back to the Technology Assistance page and Open a ticket.
  • You will need two devices to set up your MFA. Please make sure to have your smart phone, computer, tablet, iPad, or another   smart phone.
  • If you have the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone, you may skip step one and click "Next".


Submit a Request

 


 Setting up Microsoft Authenticator

Step 1: Click the " Microsoft" icon.

Scan the QR code on this screen for quick access to download the app from the App Store/Google Store.


 

Step 2: Click "NEXT"

Step 3: Open the "Microsoft Authenticator" app on your phone.

Step 4: Press the "+" sign in the top right-hand corner of the app.

Step 5: Select "Work or School Account"

Step 6: Select "Scan QR code"


Your phone may ask you for access to your camera on your phone. Please allow.


 Step 7: Scan the QR code on the MyMECC login page.

Step 8: Click "Code" and enter your 6 digit code without a space.
