NOTES:

If you reset your phone or purchase a new one, you must submit a request for your MFA to be reset.
If there is not a QR code available, go back to the Technology Assistance page and Open a ticket.
You will need two devices to set up your MFA. Please make sure to have your smart phone, computer, tablet, iPad, or another smart phone.
If you have the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone, you may skip step one and click "Next".

Submit a Request

Setting up Microsoft Authenticator

Step 1: Click the " Microsoft" icon.

Scan the QR code on this screen for quick access to download the app from the App Store/Google Store.

Step 2: Click "NEXT"

Step 3: Open the "Microsoft Authenticator" app on your phone.

Step 4: Press the "+" sign in the top right-hand corner of the app.

Step 5: Select "Work or School Account"

Step 6: Select "Scan QR code"

Your phone may ask you for access to your camera on your phone. Please allow.

Step 7: Scan the QR code on the MyMECC login page.

Step 8: Click "Code" and enter your 6 digit code without a space.
